Sushi & Saki is an article spread I created for the avid sushi lover which could be featured in any food magazine. The objective of this project was to design an eye catching magazine layout with text and photographs to be based on my choosing. The overall theme was “Tools of the Trade”, so I chose to use the trade of sushi chefs, and making sushi. I include a brief history, the tools and preparations that go into making this delicacy, and a how-to section for those willing to making it on their own.
